The terms also apply to betting over the phone and betting or gaming on mobile devices, including applications downloaded to a mobile device (just as if references to your use of the website were also references to your use of our betting services over the phone and/or on mobile devices).

Any mention of “MSport”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to the corporate entities of (MSport).

Every individual utilizing the Website, MSport’s services, or any registered MSport customer is referred to as “you,” “your,” or the “customer.”

Any person who has registered on our website using their phone number is referred to as their “Username” in this sentence.

Only Nigerian citizens are eligible to receive specific Nigeria-based products and associated services from us.

When a Nigerian citizen uses one of our services from a country other than Nigeria, they are responsible for strictly adhering to all local regulations in that country.

It will be regarded as illegal if a customer cannot show proof of Nigerian citizenship. MSport uses all available technical tools to proactively identify such situations, and it reserves the right to refuse account registration, deny bets and deposits, and close such customer accounts without the need for the customer to take any further action. In any case, MSport will not be held liable for any loss or damages.

Your MSport Profile

1. Registration 

1.1 Every applicant must be at least 18 years old in order to register with MSport or place a wager. MSport retains the right to request identification as proof of age from any customer and to suspend their account pending the submission of acceptable identification. MSport takes its obligations regarding prohibition of gambling for minors very seriously.

1.2 While registering on the site, all information provided MUST be true in every way. In particular, the name provided during the registration for the Website MUST match the name used when using a credit or debit card. The relevant account will be suspended in the event that this is not the case. The relevant consumer should get in touch with us if their account is suspended. Prior to an account being suspended, any bets that were placed would stand, win or lost.

1.3 MSport has the right to verify a customer’s address by sending them an address confirmation letter. All communications will be private, and there will be no mention of MSport on the envelope. Any offers and withdrawal requests made in response to such mail could be put on hold until the address is verified as accurate.

1.4 By agreeing to the Terms and/or signing up to use the Website, you hereby grant us permission to conduct identification, credit, and other verification checks as we may deem necessary for use of the Website and our products in general, or as required by applicable laws and regulations and/or by the relevant regulatory authorities. You acknowledge that you will give us all information necessary for these verification processes. Until the necessary checks are finished to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict your account in any way we determine in our sole discretion to be appropriate.

1.5 Authorized credit reference companies may get your information details as part of the registration process in order to verify your identification. In connection with your registration, you consent to our processing of such information.

One account may be opened by each customer. If we discover a customer using multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close or suspend that customer’s access to MSport, and MSport shall also have the right to withhold and/or keep any funds that would have otherwise been paid or owed to you (including any winnings or bonus payments).

1.7 Clients are required to maintain their registration and account information current. Under the Personal Account part of the website, you can edit this as well as your account details. If you need any help, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

2. Account Information

2.1 Everyone of MSport’s customers are free to select their own username and password. Clients are required to keep this information private and discreet as they are accountable for all wagers put on their accounts as well as any other activity that may occur.

2.2 As long as there are enough funds in the account, bets will be accepted provided your login and password have been submitted correctly (whether or not they were authorized by you).

2.3 You should change your user name and/or password right away on the website if you ever suspect a third party may be using them. Please get in touch with us if you forget all or a portion of your combination.

2.4 You are in charge of any transactions in which your name, account number, or username are properly cited (whether or not authorised by you). You are accountable for all transactions made using the appropriate account credentials if you designate another individual as an authorized user of your account. If you misplace your account information or believe someone else might have it, please get in touch with us.

2.5 Please be aware that you should never send us sensitive information, such as cardholder information, over unencrypted email.

2.6 Once you have logged into your account on the Website, you can examine your account’s current balance and transaction history whenever you choose.

3. Personal Information

3.1 We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Termination and Suspension

4.1 Please get in touch with us if you want to close your account. Your account won’t be cancelled until the appropriate sum owed to MSport is paid in full. If there is a negative balance on your account, it becomes instantly due and payable to MSport.

4.2 MSport retains the right to terminate or suspend your account whenever it chooses, for any reason. Without limiting the aforesaid, MSport may terminate or suspend your account in the following situations:

a) You file for bankruptcy;

(b) MSport believes you have used the Website dishonestly or for inappropriate, illegal, or illegal purposes;

(c) MSport believes you have used the Website unfairly, intentionally defrauded MSport or any of its clients, or taken advantage of them in some other way;

(d) The police, a regulatory body, or a court ask MSport to comply;

(e) MSport believes that any of the aforementioned events may have happened or are likely to happen;

4.3 If MSport closes or suspends your account for any of the reasons listed above, you are responsible for any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses incurred or suffered by MSport (collectively, “Claims”) arising from the closure or suspension, and you agree to defend and indemnify MSport against any claims made against it. MSport is also permitted to withhold and/or keep any and all monies that would have otherwise been paid to you in the situations mentioned in (a) through (e) above (including any winnings or bonus payments).

Your Finances 

1. Bets and Deposits

1.1 You are only permitted to wager with cleared funds that are currently in your account. As a result, you need to make a deposit into your account in order to place bets or play games. See Deposits/Withdrawals for further information on how to deposit, withdraw, and transfer money.

1.2 By making a deposit into your account, you authorize us to store the money and any profits solely and exclusively for the benefit of (i) placing bets on sports and games and (ii) paying any fees or charges you may accrue as a result of using our services (Purpose). If we reasonably believe or have reason to believe that you are depositing money without any purpose to place sporting and/or gaming bets, we shall have the right to suspend or close your account. In such cases, we may also inform the appropriate authorities.

1.3 The bank has agreed that the funds we handle for you are held in separate designated client bank accounts and are only to be used for the Purpose. If the money isn’t used for the intended purpose, we have to give it back to you.

Your monies are retained in those accounts purely for the Purpose, as the bank has recognized. The bank has affirmed that it has no claim on the money themselves and would not combine clients’ funds in those accounts with any other funds, including our own.

Because of the aforementioned, your money is safe in the event of our bankruptcy. You would continue to own the money and it wouldn’t go to the liquidator.

1.4 You acknowledge and agree that we are free to keep any interest that may accrue on funds maintained in your MSport account.

1.5 No MSport staff will extend credit, and all bets must be backed by adequate funds in the customer’s account. MSport has the right to reverse any bet that was unintentionally accepted when there were insufficient money in the account to support it. In the event that money is mistakenly credited to a customer’s account, it is the customer’s duty to notify MSport right away. MSport will make an account change to recoup those money.

1.6 The examples provided on the website, unless otherwise noted, are provided in NGN. The mid-rate as reported by the Financial Times will be the appropriate exchange rate for any transaction requiring a currency exchange. The various currencies are stated on the website and in Appendix One of these Terms and Conditions.

1.7 After choosing a currency, money is deposited, bets are placed, and winnings are paid out in that currency. You must contact us to close your current account and start a new one in your preferred currency in order to transact in a different currency.

1.8 MSport is allowed to withhold and/or keep any money you earn or get in connection with or as a result of your “unauthorised” use of the website, including any actions that are not permitted.

2. Retractions

2.1 All withdrawals shall, if feasible, be routed to the payment account used to make the deposits. Payments for withdrawals may only be made to and in the name of the registered account holder.

2.2 If there are enough cash in your betting account, withdrawals can be handled by selecting “Withdraw” on the website.

2.3 MSport reserves the right to levy a charge to the customer’s account to pay all reasonable costs linked to the deposit and withdrawal if the amount of a deposit is not used up completely before a withdrawal request is made. The requested withdrawal amount may, if necessary, be lowered in value.

3. Miscellaneous 

3.1 We reserve the right to charge you for any charge-backs, reversals, or other fees we incur in connection with your account.

3.2 At any moment, we have the right to deduct any positive balance on your account from any money you owe MSport or any other firm in the MSport group.

3.3 You are in charge of informing the tax and/or other authorities in your jurisdiction of your profits and losses.

3.4 The country in which you are located may have laws against gambling on the internet. If so, you are not permitted to finish the transaction using your payment card.
